This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs the conditions under which customers (“you” or “Customer”) may return products purchased from GetMMShop (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) via https://getmmshop.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the item is delivered. The following general conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • Original packaging, labels, documentation, manuals, and any included accessories must be returned intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused at our sole discretion.

2. Non-Returnable and Exempt Items

The following categories of products are not eligible for return:

  • Items identified as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Digital content, software licenses, or downloadable products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, modification, or improper installation
  • Items missing serial numbers, identification labels, or tamper-evident seals

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team in writing at [email protected] within the 15-day return window. Upon verification, we will issue further instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

Returns submitted without prior authorization may be delayed or rejected.

4. Shipping and Handling

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
  • GetMMShop assumes no liability for items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Inspection and Refunds

Returned items will undergo inspection upon receipt. Refunds will be issued only if the item satisfies the conditions stated in Section 1.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in cases of Company error.

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee where appropriate.

6. Exchanges and Replacements

We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you would like to obtain a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately.

7. Policy Enforcement and Modifications

We reserve the right to refuse a return, issue partial refunds, or take other remedial actions if the returned item is found to violate this Policy.
